Jeannell Thomas Joins as Vice President of Implementations & Customer Solutions

Baltimore, MDProtenus, the nation's leading healthcare compliance analytics platform, announced today the addition of Jeannell Thomas as Vice President of Implementations & Customer Solutions.

Jeannell brings 22 years of business and IT experience to Protenus. She spent over a decade in various roles at UnitedHealth Group, most recently as Director of Enterprise Architecture. Her work at UnitedHealth Group and its entities also covered areas such as Six Sigma, Innovation, and Enterprise Strategy. Previously, Jeannell supported network systems and led problem and crisis management processes for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

In her 13-year tenure at UnitedHealth Group, Jeannell excelled in leading and facilitating efforts surrounding enterprise architecture, quality assurance, portfolio planning, program development, project management, and more. Earlier in her career, Jeannell nurtured a focused interest in health data, global health, and innovation through specialized work in system and process development and management for CMS.

Jeannell earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland in Management Studies.
