Protenus Employee Values Spotlight
Rob Scholl, Business Development Representative Employee Spotlight June 2023

Rob Scholl, Business Development Representative

For June, we are excited to announce that Rob Scholl, Business Development Representative, from the Sales Team has been nominated for the Employee Values Spotlight for embodying our shared company values.

Rob has really stepped up and made a huge impact in helping Erica build out her region since the taking over earlier this year, while also continuing to build pipeline in Darin's territory as well. Throughout the year, Rob has consistently led the BDR team in each of their KPIs, and is regularly the first one on the board each month and quarter. Rob has a no-quit attitude and is always willing to lend a hand or an ear to help his fellow teammates out. Even with his years of experience doing BDR work, he is open minded and willing to try new things. Rob really is the epitome of a model BDR and of a Protenus employee.

Q&A with Rob

What’s your role at Protenus, and what do you do?

I am a Business Development Representative. I currently support two sales territories (South-Darin & East- Erica) where I prospect within healthcare systems to help educate privacy, compliance & pharmacy teams about the advantages of partnering with Protenus.

What do Protenus’ values mean to you?

Teamwork. Our values are the very fabric that weaves our team together tightly. No one department or group would operate efficiently and effectively without the other, and each of the teams seem to have a tremendous amount of respect for one another. This holds true for our customers and partners.

What’s your favorite part of your job?

The most exciting part about my role is making new connections. Protenus is well known in the industry, and when I am able to uncover new opportunities and potential customer logos that makes my day!

How has working at Protenus impacted your career?

Since working at Protenus, I have a better grasp on how healthcare systems operate, and a deeper understanding of the issues they experience and what they  have to deal with from a regulatory and compliance perspective.

What has surprised you the most about working at Protenus?

Over the last year, Protenus has been an amazing company to work at! Our brand is well recognized in the industry, and people are receptive and generally interested in learning more about how we mitigate risk for diversion and patient privacy.
