Erem is an evolutionary biologist by training who enjoys using his analytical skills and expertise in mathematical modeling to tackle important problems.
Erem earned his Ph.D. from Yale University, where he studied the evolution of sex change in fish using mathematical models and phylogenetic analyses. Following his graduate work, he spent two years at Uppsala University in Sweden, designing and conducting a long-term selection experiment on seed beetles.
Prior to joining Protenus, Erem was a senior manager at comScore where he led a team of data scientists to develop comScore's next-generation methodology for measuring television audiences.
Fun Fact: Erem is an avid practitioner of Aikido and holds a first-degree black belt.
