Christa White

Christa brings nearly 10 years of leadership and experience in customer engagement, training, and support for software platforms.

Prior to Protenus, she spent eight years at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Technologist. Her experience there ranged from managing a support team for thousands of global users to developing and delivering precision technical documentation for DoD clients. At Protenus, she leads an enthusiastic team of customer-facing staff that span the support, implementation and account management functions. Her role involves collaborating across both the business and technical operations teams to streamline and optimize the customer journey, and contribute to customer relationship management initiatives. You will also always see Christa at our PANDAS (Privacy and Analytics) user group events!

Christa holds an MBA from Towson University. She received her BS in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Economics from Loyola University Maryland.

Fun Fact: Christa is named after Christa McAuliffe, the teacher who died in the Challenger accident in 1986. Christa is one of Christa’s personal heroes!
